This was a really fun project to travel around New Jersey and capture the various distillers. Each one I got to visit had a really unique personality and drink options; Worth a trip to see. The change in liquor laws in 2013 has allowed these new distilleries to open and operate in New Jersey. Everyone I met had a true passion for the craft and all had a unique story how they got into the business.
